A clafoutis is a classic French dessert baked with cherries - which purists claim you should bake with their pits in to impart a slightly bitter almond flavor. I’m not sure about that, but I do know that @juliaardendixon came over, took photos of me licking spatulas and then we ate it and it was delicious.
