Meyer Lemon-Miso Slaw


For 1 Batch(es)


  • 1 tablespoon(s) Meyer lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) white miso
  • 1/2 pound(s) green cabbage, sliced thinly
  • 1 watermelon radish(es), julienned
  • 1 teaspoon(s) chopped scallion
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Meyer lemon zest
  • Salt, to taste

Meyer Lemon-Miso Slaw Directions

  1. Whisk together the lemon juice and miso to make a creamy dressing.
  2. Add salt, to taste, then toss the dressing with the cabbage and radish.
  3. Garnish with the scallions and lemon zest. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
