Jeane Family Homemade Ice Cream


For 1 Batch(es)


  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 cans Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 1/2 quarts half & half
  • 1 1/2 pints whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla

Jeane Family Homemade Ice Cream Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and whisk together thoroughly.
  2. Pour mixture into ice cream freezer, and if needed add milk to bring level two inches from the top.
  3. Follow the freezing instructions from the ice cream freezer. Enjoy!
