  • 2 medium ripe avocados
  • 1 1/3 cup(s) condensed coconut milk
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 can light coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Avocado-Based Vanilla Ice Cream Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 2-quart ice cream maker and freeze according to your ice cream maker’s directions.
