Rum Infused with Mango, Lime and Mint

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, sliced
  • Peel from 2 large limes
  • 5 fresh mint sprigs
  • 750 ml. light rum

Rum Infused with Mango, Lime and Mint Directions

  1. Place the mango slices, lime peel and mint in a bottle or jar and fill with rum.
  2. Place in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks before refrigerating.
  3. Mango and lemon peels can be left in without adversely affecting the flavor, but the mint should be taken out if the infusion is going to be stored longer than 2 to 3 weeks.
