Mesquite Butter

  • 1 stick of butter, softened
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons mesquite flour

Mesquite Butter Directions

  1. Beat the butter and mesquite flour in a bowl together with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth.
  2. Keep the butter in a covered bowl or plastic container, and store in the refrigerator.

Recipe notes

When available, it’s best to use fresh mesquite flour from Barton Springs Mill and Miche Bread for this recipe.
