Matthew Buchanan’s Peach and Arugula Herb Salad

Ingredients

For 4 Person(s)

Cream

  • 3 peaches, stones removed, peeled and cut into large slices
  • 5 ounces arugula
  • 1/4 cups basil, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves

Matthew Buchanan’s Peach and Arugula Herb Salad Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except oil and vinegar and gently toss. Drizzle with the oil and vinegar.
