Jam Sanitchat’s Minty Peach Ice Cream


For 1 Batch(es)


  • 1 1/3 pounds peaches
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • A few drops of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups mint leaves, finely chopped

Jam Sanitchat’s Minty Peach Ice Cream Directions

  1. Peel the peaches and cut into chunks. Boil in water over medium-low heat, covered, for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from the heat, stir in the sugar and cool to room temperature.
  3. Combine the peaches and the rest of the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator and freeze in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
