Lemon Thyme-Scented Green Beans


For 8 Serving(s)


  • 12 ounces fresh green beans
  • 1 Handful lemon thyme sprigs or other lemony herbs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette

Lemon Thyme-Scented Green Beans Directions

  1. Place green beans in steamer and cover with lemony herbs. Steam until tender-crisp.
  2. Plunge in ice-water bath. Drain and chill until ready to use.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss with vinaigrette before serving.
