Rosemary Roasted Potatoes


For 4 Person(s)


  • 12 new potatoes, washed
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh rosemary, leaves only, to taste

Rosemary Roasted Potatoes Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°.
  2. Cut the potatoes into quarters.
  3. Coat with the melted butter, then sprinkle with the salt, pepper and rosemary.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
