salt and pepper, to taste

lemon juice

coarsely chopped fresh sweet basil

large red onion, finely diced

large Texas 1015 yellow onion, finely diced

large garlic cloves, minced

grated Parmesan cheese

cups
feta cheese crumbles

cups
aged balsamic vinegar (the longer it's aged, the better)

tablespoons
Zatarain's Creole mustard

heaping fresh garden tomatoes, coarsely chopped

red wine vinegar

small container mozzarella balls, drained
Italian Tomato Salad Directions
Combine all of the ingredients and chill for 4 hours. Serve with crackers or crostini.
