Green Chutney

A nice addition to Potato Samosas.

Green Chutney


For 1 Batch(es)


  • 1 cups mint leaves
  • 1 cups cilantro leaves and stems
  • 1/4 cups chopped onion
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 1 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 cups rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground coriander

Green Chutney Directions

  1. Place the mint, cilantro, onion, jalapeño, sugar, vinegar and salt in a blender and blend on low speed until incorporated.
  2. Increase the speed to high and blend for 15 seconds longer.  
  3. Add the cumin and coriander and let sit for several hours before using.
