Though rum is the most frequently used base spirit in tiki cocktails, it is not a prerequisite. This cocktail features tequila as its base.

For 1 Serving(s)


  • 1 1/2 ounce(s) plata tequila
  • 3/4 ounce(s) St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
  • 1 ounce(s) pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce(s) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce(s) canela syrup

Flor de Piña Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
  2. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
