Come see how much fun it can be to spice up your menus while still keeping things light, fresh and healthy. Join Tye Lewis, owner of Tye Cooks Austin, in The Happy Kitchen to learn about the flavors and techniques of Thai cooking. Using ingredients fresh from SFC’s teaching garden, Tye will demonstrate how to make popular Thai street foods, noodle dishes and sauces. Then you will get hands-on practice making spring rolls! We will sample what we cook, but it might not be a complete meal.
