Cooking is so much easier when you know how to handle a knife. In this class, we will show you how to select, sharpen, care for and store your knives. Then you’ll learn how to slice, dice, chop and chiffonade like a pro. Added bonus: you’ll go home with a ready-to-use vegetable bounty, in addition to recipes that incorporate your veggies! We’ll have chef’s knives for you to use, but feel free to bring your own to use in class.
