In this class we are excited to feature Cheeses from the Alpine regions in Europe, as well as Alpine Style Cheeses from the US. The definition of "seasonal" cheese, these wheels speak deeply of their terroir and offer all the lush flavors of the flora that cows feast upon. As always, the tasting will be accompanied by olives, nuts, and Easy Tiger bread. We'll also bring out a number of additional pairings like chutneys and charcuterie bites, depending on that evening's cheese selection.
