Join L'Oven bread baker Abby Love for a small-scale seminar in her private residence! Only five spots are available for each class, which will give you hands-on and close-personal experience with several types of artisan bread to make at home. The class runs four hours and will include nibbles for lunch. We will discus heritage flours, slow ferments, working with a natural yeast starter, and cover the basics of kneading and shaping several different loaves. Spaces are extremely limited so don't wait!
