Join Austin Pastry Chef Abby Love for a two-night croissant intensive class! We will discuss how to make the flakiest, butteriest croissants in your very own kitchen. Lamination is a process of enclosing butter in a dough, and we will walk through all the steps together, so you can be the envy of your foodie friends and beloved of your family and coworkers. This class will run two consecutive nights in May: Monday-Tuesday May 21-22. Tickets are non refundable but definitely transferrable. Snacks will be provided but feel free to BYOWhatever you like to drink!
