Cooking is so much easier when you know how to handle a knife. In this class, you will learn how to slice, dice, chop and chiffonade like a pro. You’ll go home with a ready-to-use vegetable bounty, and recipes that use those veggies! We’ll have knives for you, but feel free to bring your own.
