This is a three-hour class where we'll learn how to make some of the world's favorite flatbreads. You will cover sourdough starters, heritage flours, kneading, shaping, baking, and plenty of bread science. You’ll go home with focaccia, pitas, and a ball of dough to bake on your own! Class will be held in North Central Austin. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable up to five days before the class date. This class is for all levels!
