This is a two and a half hour class that will cover dough mixing, fermentation, proofing, baking and obviously EATING. We will build, cook, and eat Neapolitan-style pizzas and you'll even go home with some dough to practice using on your own! Class will be held at Confituras Little Kitchen in south Austin. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable up to five days before the class date. This class is for all levels!
