We are partnering with BookPeople to bring you a talk with Fonda San Miguel co-owners Tom Gilliland and Chef Miguel Ravago celebrating forty years of Fonda San Miguel and the new edition of their book “Fonda San Miguel: Forty Years of Food and Art.” Join us and enjoy tastings from the restaurant, signature sangria and wine tastings from Bending Branch Winery, and great conversation. This event is a collaboration with the 2017 Lozano Long Conference, "Revoluciones Alimentarias: New Perspective on the Contemporary Food System in Latin America," Llila Benson Latin American Studies and Collections, UT Austin.
