Contrary to popular belief, most people already have almost everything needed for small-batch water-bath canning in their kitchens at home. Join us Saturday for a live demonstration by our own Linda Wall, using common pots and tools. She'll show you everything you need to know to be able to pick up some canning jars after class and jump right in when you get home.

Co-owners Chef Jack Gilmore and Tom Kamm, Beverage Director David Toby and Chef Chris Ten Eyck went straight to the source to create and put their stamp on barrels of Maker’s Mark Private Select and Russell’s Reserve Single Barrel Bourbon from Kentucky (perfect for celebrating September’s National Bourbon Heritage Month) and Casa Noble Reposado and Extra Añejo Tequilas from Mexico.
