Join Austin Pastry Chef Abby Love for a two-night croissant intensive class! We will discuss how to make the flakiest, butteriest croissants in your very own kitchen. Lamination is a process of enclosing butter in a dough, and we will walk through all the steps together, so you can be the envy of your foodie friends and beloved of your family and coworkers. This class will run two consecutive nights in May: Monday-Tuesday May 21-22. Tickets are non refundable but definitely transferrable. Snacks will be provided but feel free to BYOWhatever you like to drink!

During this event, Uchiko CDC Ed Sura will team up with Uchi alum, Amanda Turner, current CDC at Juniper in East Austin to serve 12-courses. Beverage pairings will also be included during the meal. The evening’s menu will be a true collaboration, including both sushi pieces and pasta created by both restaurants. A suckling pig porchetta seasoned with Japanese flavors will be on offer, along with Italian sausage, yakumi and fresh in-season vegetable dishes.
