Join CorePower Yoga for a 60 minute community yoga class at the Farmers’ Market under the hangar. Their Vinyasa style yoga is physically demanding yet accessible for all levels and will help you focus on the mindful connections of breath, body, and self. You’ll work on strength and flexibility, accompanied by hands on assists and breath guidance. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Class is free of charge. Eugenio will be guiding class for the month of July. He has witnessed the transformation that yoga has on people’s lives. In his classes he strives, through breath, to create an awareness of mind and body.

This class is especially geared for DIY and will help you to create a plan that can be tackled in phases so that the conversion of the garden can be enjoyed as the project unfolds.

Voting for the Blended Burger Project ends tomorrow! Two Austin chefs are competing, so be sure to support local food and cast your vote. Chef Amir Hajimaleki of District Kitchen + Cocktails and Oasthouse Kitchen + Bar, and Chef Jason Stude of Boiler Nine Bar + Grill, are both creating burger patties that are made with at least 25% mushrooms to promote a healthier burger. Five winners are chosen to cook their burgers at the James Beard House Blended Burger Project event in New York.

The dinner will consist of a five-course meal created by Guild’s Head Chef, Sterling Ridings.
