During Austin Restaurant Weeks, participating establishments offer prix fixe meals and beverages with a portion of the cost of each earmarked for the Food Bank. The two-week-long dining attraction features specially-priced meals and drinks from a unique array of Austin area restaurants, breweries and bars. The event benefits the Central Texas Food Bank—the largest hunger relief charity serving Central Texas—helping it provide thousands of meals to those in need.

Owner and chocolate-maker Bob Williamson will go over all aspects of chocolate creation, from sorting, cracking, winnowing and grinding cocoa beans to tempering and molding stone ground chocolate. Participants also get to handcraft and customize their own chocolate bars! SRSLY chocolate makes their amazing treats with cacao stone ground in Texas and unique locally sourced ingredients, so this is a chance to make some truly Texan chocolate. *All tickets purchased will automatically be added to our guest list. The Official Drink of Austin cocktail competition returns as the city’s premier cocktail event hosted by the Austin Food & Wine Alliance (AFWA) and Tipsy Texan on Thursday, September 12 at Fairmont Austin. As a special addition, VIP ticket holders will be treated to a unique cocktail class hosted by Desert Door Texas Sotol. Two classes will be offered, providing VIP guests with a chance to learn the history of sotol while tasting four expressions from Desert Door’s portfolio and experiencing hands-on cocktail making.
