A portion of the price of each meal comes directly to the Central Texas Food Bank, which can turn each dollar into four meals for our neighbors in need. Tour our gardens and trails with a knowledgeable volunteer docent and learn about native plants and the history and architecture of the Center. Each of our docents bring their own special knowledge and interests to the tour, and sites change throughout the seasons. Garden tours are always free with admission to the gardens; inquire at the Admissions Kiosk!

Learn to decorate a cake with with fondant. In this class students will learn color marbling and texture techniques, how to cover a cake with fondant, and how to cut and form fondant flowers. Each student will leave with a completed cake to take home.

In our "Taste Off" series, we pit cheeses against each other, ruling the winners by popular vote at the end of the evening! Love Goat Cheese? Passionate about Sheep Cheese? Relish both milks? We're not "kid"ding when we say this class is for "ewe"! In Goat vs Sheep, we'll taste four goat cheeses and four sheep cheeses, for a total of 8 awesome selections.
