anjoreAnjore Underground Steak n Whiskey Dinner

Thursday, June 29th

We're going back to our roots: Back to undisclosed locations, set menus and beautiful environments because ... why the hell not? Join us for 3 courses and 3 pairings of our favorite whiskey — all set to our favorite Led Zeppelin albums. This time we're focusing on a classic combo of meat and potatoes. And whiskey. We'll be curing rib in smoked lime, whiskey and chilies and lacquering it in ghee then slowly roasting it in the oven before it sears on a grill. The location will be emailed to dinner guests the morning of 6/29. (It's in the greater Austin area of course, and it's a killer spot, y'all!)
