Spice It Up: Dumpling Delights

Join Tye Lewis, owner of Tye Cooks Austin, for her 3rd Annual Love Yourself; Love Your Food - Dumpling Delights! Students attending this class will how learn to make perfect dumplings from scratch. Tye will demonstrate how to make dumpling dough - including a gluten-free version - and review the various ways dumplings can be cooked: fried, steamed, boiled, and teach you to make fillings and dough. Dumplings can be filled with absolutely anything -- and you absolutely should! Two local wines (a red and a white) will be served with the dumplings.
Crack Open a Cold One

Join us for a family-style dinner and a behind-the-scenes look at the ABGB: this private, limited-seating dinner will take place in the ABGB brewery. Over the years, the ABGB and Johnson's Backyard Garden have developed a special relationship, and the stories and the meal will serve to highlight the result of this local partnership: great food! Dig into a spread of appetizers, salad, and pizza featuring in-season ingredients from Johnson’s Backyard Garden, alongside some classic ABGB goodies. Plus, profits from the evening will benefit Austin Habitat for Humanity's The House that Beer Built.

Breakfast Bash for No Kid Hungry

Every kid deserves a healthy breakfast, but millions of kids in America face the school day on an empty stomach because there’s not enough food at home. And hungry kids can’t learn. Join Austin’s finest chefs and mixologists for a fundraiser to celebrate all things breakfast and to support No Kid Hungry’s efforts to ensure all kids start the day off right by getting a healthy school breakfast. Chefs Bryce Gilmore and Amanda Rockman have teamed up to curate a list of more than 30 of Austin’s top chefs, pastry chefs and mixologists, who will present their breakfast and brunch favorites at Fair Market.
