  • 1 egg white(s)
  • 1 1/2 ounces Pisco
  • 1 ounce(s) a.k.a mixology Strawberry-Yuzu mixer 
  • 1/4 ounce(s) a.k.a mixology Falernum 
  • Strawberry slice, for garnish

The Pink Pisco Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the egg white.
  2. Shake until the egg white foams, then add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Shake again until well chilled and the foam thickens.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a fresh strawberry slice.
