Broccoli Slaw


For 1 Batch(es)


  • 1/4 cup(s) mayo
  • 1/4 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon(s) white-wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/3 cup(s) or less grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup(s) dried cranberries
  • 2 strips cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) salted sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup(s) diced green onions

Broccoli Slaw Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and salt and pepper to make the dressing.
  2. In a larger bowl, toss together the broccoli, cheese, cranberries, bacon, seeds and onions.
  3. Add the dressing to the broccoli mix and toss well to combine. Chill until ready to serve.
