Amy’s Acorn Cookies


For 2 Person(s)


  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cups acorn flour (also available at most Korean food markets.)
  • 1/2 cups unbleached flour
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3 cups oats (optional)
  • 1/3 cups raisins (optional)

Amy’s Acorn Cookies Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Mix in egg and vanilla.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Combine dry ingredients with wet.
  3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten dough balls using the back of a fork to make a crosshatch pattern.
  4. Bake at 350° for 10–12 minutes.
