L’ Heure Verte (The Green Hour)

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounces Kübler absinthe
  • 3/4 ounces fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounces basil-infused agave nectar
  • 1 egg white
  • Angostura bitters
  • Sprig micro basil

L’ Heure Verte (The Green Hour) Directions

  1. In a mixing glass, combine gin, absinthe, lemon juice, agave nectar and egg white. Shake vigorously with ice to chill and fully emulsify. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a mist of Angostura bitters, swirled in the glass. In the middle of the swirl, garnish with micro basil.
