Roasted Carp

Ingredients

Cream

  • 1 pounds carp
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • 1 cups grated onion
  • 1/4 cups dried parsley
  • Cooking oil
  • Caraway seeds
  • Lemon juice

Roasted Carp Directions

  1. Cut carp into large sections. Cut small pockets in the meat and sprinkle with salt and cumin to taste.
  2. Combine onion with parsley and cooking oil and rub over the carp, filling the pockets. Spread caraway seeds over the meat and pour lemon juice on top.
  3. Roast in the oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
