Green Smoothie

Adding fresh greens to your smoothie is a great way to add vitamins and fiber to your diet and kick-start your day with a boost of raw energy. Peel, wrap in plastic and store overripe bananas in the freezer for use in smoothies. A Vitamix or other high-powered blender is preferred.

Green Smoothie


For 1 Person(s)


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 small handful of spinach
  • 2 (or more) kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2/3 cups coconut water
  • 1 tablespoons agave nectar

Green Smoothie Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
