Peel the shrimp except for the tails, then wash and dry them.
In a large oven-proof pan, heat the olive oil and butter and sauté the garlic for a few minutes. Add the spices and stir well to dissolve. Add the shrimp and the lemon wedges and toss, covering evenly with the oil and spices.
Place in the oven for 6–8 minutes. Do not overcook. Serve immediately.
