Tito's Fuss-Free Thighs

  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Tito's Fuss-Free Thighs Directions

  1. Prepare the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the chicken thighs on the hot grill and cook them for about 4 minutes.
  3. Flip the chicken over using tongs or a spatula then rub each thigh generously with a half stick of the butter and sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper.
  4. Flip each chicken thigh over again and repeat with the other half stick and seasonings.
  5. Turn the heat down to low and cover until the chicken thighs are completely cooked through.
