For the honey syrup: Combine two parts Good Flow honey and 1 part water in saucepan. Heat gently and stir to combine without boiling. When integrated allow to cool, then bottle and store in the refrigerator for several weeks.
For the cocktail: Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until cold and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a fresh-cut meyer lemon twist after expressing the oils over the rim of the glass.
