Cherry Green Smoothie

  • 1 cup(s) unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup(s) frozen cherries
  • 2 heaping handfuls greens (such as spinach, kale, chard, collards)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon(s) MCT oil, coconut oil, ground flaxseed, chia seeds or natural almond butter
  • 1 serving(s) collagen protein, hemp protein or quality whey protein powder (artificial sweetener- and additive-free), optional
  • 3/4 cup(s) ice (more ice = thicker shake)

Cherry Green Smoothie Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients. Add water if needed.
