Super easy
2 tablespoons palm oil
1 onion, chopped
1 15 oz. can chopped tomatoes, drained and further chopped
1 bunch mustard greens (or collard greens or spinach), chopped
Congolese Braised Mustard Greens Directions
Sauté the onion in palm oil until it begins to color slightly.
Add the tomatoes and greens, then cover and cook until tender—approximately 5 minutes.
