Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Super easy

12 new potatoes, washed
1/2 stick butter, melted
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Fresh rosemary, leaves only, to taste

Rosemary Roasted Potatoes Directions

Preheat the oven to 450°.

Cut the potatoes into quarters.

Coat with the melted butter, then sprinkle with the salt, pepper and rosemary.

Bake for 45 minutes.
