Easy Chocolate and Black Garlic Ice Cream

Super easy

20 cloves black garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped toasted almonds
1/2 gallons Dutch chocolate or mocha almond fudge ice cream, softened
Strawberries, to garnish
Whipped cream or crème fraîche, to garnish

Easy Chocolate and Black Garlic Ice Cream Directions

Stir the chopped black garlic and almonds into the ice cream and mix well. Cover and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

To serve, scoop the ice cream into dessert cups and top with fresh strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream or crème fraîche.
