1 1/2 ounces Hendrick's Gin
1 ounces fresh Meyer lemon juice
1/2 ounces honey syrup
Chilled Rhubarb DRY Soda
Garnish: Flamed Lemon Peel

Scottish Rhubarb Sparkler Directions

For honey syrup, combine two parts honey with one part boiling water. Stir until well combined. Store in the refrigerator for up to ten days.

Combine gin, lemon juice and honey syrup in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into chilled martini glass or coupe and top with Rhubarb DRY Soda. Garnish with piece of flamed lemon peel.
