Drink slowly to rehydrate the body and replenish essential electrolytes lost due to excess exercise, sun exposure or intestinal imbalance.Excellent for bikers or day hikers who need to hydrate and replace minerals during their journey.

1 tablespoons agave nectar (or substitute organic honey or sugar)
1 organic lemon's juice
1/2 teaspoons sea salt (a flake or fine-grind sea salt will dissolve best)
