Created by Austin-based mixologist Mindy Kucan, who used it to win the title “Hilton Hotel’s Top Bar Chef.”

1 1/4 ounces local vodka
1/2 ounces Paula’s Texas Lemon liqueur
1/2 ounces lemon juice
2 ounces Sprite
4 sprigs thyme
1 Drizzle honey

Hot Summer Night Directions

De-stem 3 sprigs of thyme and muddle in mixing glass with honey and lemon juice. Add ice, vodka and PTL.

Stir lightly and strain into rocks glass over ice. Top with Sprite and garnish with remaining sprig of thyme.
