1 tablespoons French thyme (try lemon thyme, too!)
1 tablespoons rosemary
1 tablespoons summer savory
1 tablespoons chervil (or add more marjoram, oregano or parsley)
1 tablespoons marjoram
2 bay leaves, dried and crushed
1 teaspoons (or more) tarragon (or Mexican mint marigold)
1 teaspoons (or more) oregano
1 teaspoons (or more) culinary lavender
Optional Additions:
2 teaspoons (or more) dried fennel seeds
2 teaspoons (or more) coriander seeds
2 teaspoons dried orange peel
1 teaspoons dried mint
Crushed, dried red pepper
