Ingredients:
· 1 pound pasta (your choice)
· 1 package Kvaroy Arctic Salmon hot dogs
· 2 tablespoons butter
· 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
· 2 cups milk
· 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
· 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
· 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
· 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
· Salt and pepper to taste
· Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Slice the Kvaroy Arctic Salmon hot dogs into thin rounds and set aside.
3. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth.
4. Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and crumbled feta cheese, stirring constantly until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth.
6. Add the sliced Kvaroy Arctic Salmon hot dogs to the cheese sauce, stirring to combine.
