Serves 4

4 c. apple cider
1/3 c. fresh orange juice
4 orange slices
4 apple slices
1⁄2 c. fresh cranberries
6-10 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks, broken into pieces
2 anise stars
1/3 c. agave syrup (optional)
Sprigs of rosemary (optional)

PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and let it simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot, adding 1 slice of apple and 1 slice or orange to every cup, sweeten with agave if desired and garnish with rosemary.
