
East Indies Faux-Jito

Ingredients
- 2 sprigs fresh Thai basil (or mint), plus more for garnish
- 1/4 ounce(s) Liber & Co. Fiery Ginger Syrup
- 2 ounce(s) unsweetened coconut water
- 1 ounce(s) Hondo Cane Company fresh Texas sugarcane juice
- 1/2 ounce(s) fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce(s) soda water, such as Topo Chico
Instructions
- Muddle the Thai basil and ginger syrup in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Add coconut water, sugarcane juice and lime juice. Swizzle to incorporate.
- Fill another highball glass with crushed ice and add the mixture.
- Top with soda water, then garnish with a sprig of Thai basil.
