
Texas Flower Sun Tea

Servings 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 gallon(s) filtered water
- 4 handfuls borage blooms (about 60–80)
- 6 blooms large (4-inch) passionflower blooms
Instructions
- In a large pitcher or jar, pour cold or room temperature water over blooms and set out in the sun for an hour or more.
- Strain and serve over ice.
Notes
The blend has a light, refreshing cucumber/melon taste.
