Savory Dogsicles
I have yet to meet a dog that doesn’t love my dogsicles. They’re a fun, special treat during the summer, and they couldn’t be easier to make. Freeze in ice cube trays and store in zippered bags. (Make them adorable by inserting a little bone-shaped treat as a handle.)
Ingredients
- cottage cheese
- canned pumpkin
- peanut butter
- carrot slices
- no-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Place a spoonful of cottage cheese, canned pumpkin, peanut butter or a few carrot slices into an ice cube tray.
- Fill with no-sodium chicken broth or the water drained from canned fish (or both).
- Freeze until firm and watch your dog go bonkers over them.
