Super easy
1/2 cups chia seeds
1 cups warm water
1 1/2 quart(s) water
3/4 cups freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 cups simple syrup
Agua de Limon con Chía Directions
Stir the chia seeds into the cup of warm water and let them soak for at least 2 hours.
Place 1½ quarts of water in a large pitcher, add the chia seeds along with their liquid, and stir in the lime juice and simple syrup.
Serve cold—stirring vigorously before serving.
